Motor Vehicle Reports

Search Summary:

Occuscreen obtains driving record information directly from each state’s Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). Information provided is based on the reporting laws of each individual state.

Information Reported:

  • Driver History
  • Verification of Driving Privilege
  • Driver Convictions, Violations and Suspensions, when available

Average Turn-Around:

Varies per state. Most states return information on a same day basis.

Limitations/Notes:

Please note, some states require an additional consent form to process the MVR. Currently, these states are NH, and PA. All forms are provided by Occuscreen prior to processing the search. Also, Motor Vehicle Records have a DMV fee, alongside the cost of the search, which varies per state. These fees are passed along to our client upon invoicing, and are subject to change without notice. If you would like a full listing of the fees, please contact Occuscreen.
